Grilled Chicken and Mango Kebabs

These flavorful, zesty kebabs are usually made with either chicken or turkey breast, but red meat can be used if you prefer.

Plan ahead, as marinating the meat for at least several hours will yield the best results

Ingredients:

Packet of Bollywood Seasoning Blend
1 1b. (454 g) cubed chicken
2 mangoes cut into cubes
1 Cubed Onion
1 sweet pepper cut into 3/4 inch pieces
In a large bowl stir together chicken cubes and Bollywood Nights Seasoning Blend
Mix all ingredients together and Let marinate 2- 24 hrs

DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, Bollywood Nights Seasoning, salt and sugar. Add the chicken and mangoes and stir gently to coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
2. Prepare a hot fire in a grill.
3. Remove the chicken and mangoes from the marinade and thread onto wood skewers, alternating the pieces and dividing them evenly.
4. Arrange the skewers on the grill and cook, turning once,
until the chicken is nicely charred and cooked through, 6 to 10 minutes. Transfer the skewers to a warmed plate
5. Sauce for skewers optional:
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt -1 tsp cinnamon. -1 teaspoon of honey to start you can add more if you like it
sweeter . The juice of half an orange. Mix all ingredients together and spoon on your kebabs.
